My Bio
Chloe York, lover of all things colorful and oceanic, resides in Memphis with sculptor, Eric Quick and their cat, Buttercup. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts with a Concentration in Painting and minor in Art History from Memphis College of Art. Her work deals with issues of camouflage, defense, and the exploration of beauty and what makes something pleasing to the eye.

I'm new here. Show me some love. If you like what I do, tell me so. Tell me why you like it. If you don't like what I do, I'd like to know that too. Tell me what you would change about it. My work is primarily painting in acrylic. I'm attracted to bright colors, oceanic and organic forms, and tons of pattern. My imagery comes from cells, ocean creatures, and natural landscapes. Most of the pieces you see here have been sold, but I am open to doing commissions or selling prints of certain works if you're interested.
